POV Premiere

THE BITTER PILL airs tonight at 10pm ET on PBS’ POV – America’s longest running non-fiction series. Directed by Clay Tweel, this powerful documentary follows attorney Paul Farrell Jr. as he takes on the pharmaceutical giants in order to help his opioid-ravaged West Virginia hometown.

Gotham Week Honors

The Gotham Film & Media Institute announced its honorees for their second annual Gotham Week Honors, and we’re thrilled that MOVE YA BODY: THE BIRTH OF HOUSE received the award for the Best Film Not Playing at a Theater Near You. Big congrats to director Elegance Bratton, producer Chester Algernal Gordon and the entire MOVE YA BODY team!

Grierson Nominations
Earlier today, The Grierson Trust announced its nominations for the 2025 British Documentary Awards. SUGARCANE was nominated for Best Single Documentary – International and the two-part series version of ANTIDOTE (called KILL LIST: HUNTED BY PUTIN’S SPIES on Channel 4 and Apple TV) received the nomination for Best Documentary Series.
