After the Letter of Inquiry stage, filmmakers who are invited to submit a full application must include the following materials: TREATMENT, BUDGET, and VIDEO SAMPLE. Any submission that does not include all three components will not be reviewed.
Please attach these documents as PDFs and submit your complete application via the form emailed directly to you. Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we do not accept materials in hard copy format and unfortunately, we are not able to provide feedback on reviewed submissions.
If you submitted an LOI prior to the change in our submissions process and have not received a full application link from us, or if you have any questions, please contact us at info@impactpartnersfilm.com.
For frequently asked questions about financing or our LOI requirements, please view our Submissions page.
Your treatment should give us an introduction to the project, the film team and the vision for the film, and cover these topics:
Please include a full budget and a breakdown of current financing information for the film including: funds raised to date, their sources, and the amount needed to finish the full film (through post-production and finishing).
We encourage you to share whatever video sample you think best demonstrates the topic, narrative arc, and tone of your project. For projects in development or early production, we suggest you send a Teaser or Trailer. For those further along in production or post-production, you are welcome to share a longer sample, e.g. a Reel, Extended Scene Selects, or a Full Rough Cut. Please share your sample via link (Vimeo is usually best!).
Please note: We do require some footage to review a submission. If you don’t yet have a teaser or trailer, we encourage you to apply later in the production process, once you have footage to share.
