After the Letter of Inquiry stage, filmmakers who are invited to submit a full application for projects in the development stage must include the following materials: FULL DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL, DEVELOPMENT BUDGET & SCHEDULE, TOTAL PROJECT BUDGET AMOUNT (if available), and ANY RELEVANT VIDEO SAMPLES (if available). You can find more information on each below. Any submission that does not include all three components will not be reviewed.
Please attach these documents as PDFs and submit your complete application via the form emailed directly to you. Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we do not accept materials in hard copy format and unfortunately, we are not able to provide feedback on reviewed submissions.
If you submitted an LOI prior to the change in our submissions process and have not received a full application link from us, or if you have any questions, please contact us at info@impactpartnersfilm.com.
For frequently asked questions about financing or our LOI requirements, please view our Submissions page.
In the proposal, feel free to expand on anything that you did not have space for in the LOI, including deliverables, background on the subject and/or the film team, artistic vision etc. The proposal should include:
Please include the requested funding amount and indicate what deliverables you plan to create with the requested funds (i.e. what you plan to have at the end of the development process). Please also indicate your projected timeline for completing these deliverables.
If available, please include a full budget amount and a breakdown of current financing information for the project including: funds raised to date and their sources, and the amount needed to finish the full film (through post-production and finishing).
If available, we encourage you to share whatever video sample you think best demonstrates the tone or topic of your project. For projects in development or early production, this may include a teaser or trailer, mood reel, character sample, or link to previous work. Please share your sample via link (Vimeo is usually best!).
