About the Position
Impact Partners is looking for a Development & Operations Assistant who will provide administrative support to the Development and Operations teams. We are looking for a team player with a strong interest in documentary film, who enjoys keeping things organized and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. The perfect candidate has exceptional interpersonal and writing skills, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail.
This position is full time. Candidates must be able to work in our office in Dumbo, Brooklyn, at least 2 days a week (more during the initial training period), with some remote work.
The compensation for this position $60,000-65,000 plus Benefits (see below), commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
–Provide administrative support to Impact Partners team
–Supervise office management of office space and equipment
–Coordinate travel arrangements for team
–Assist with film contract execution
–Assist with bookkeeping tasks
–Assist with planning and management of company events
–Assist with management of film submissions database
–Review film submissions
–Manage film asset collection
–Maintain press files
Qualifications/Requirements
–1-2 years of office, administrative, or relevant experience
–Self-starter who takes initiative
–Ability to work independently
–Exceptional attention to detail
–Excellent interpersonal skills
–Strong written and verbal communication skills
–Creative problem solver
–Excellent time management and organizational skills
–Team player
–Patience, flexibility and adaptability
–Interest in and enthusiasm for documentary film
–Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends for company events
–BA or equivalent is required
–Valid driver’s license preferred
