About the Position
Impact Partners is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Operations. As part of the Operations team, this position will assist with office management, bookkeeping, event planning, investor relations, and helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. We are looking for a motivated team player who has exceptional attention to detail, takes initiative, and has a can-do attitude. We encourage you to apply if you’re the type of person who sees that the lightbulb has burned out and replaces it; finds the typos that others miss; points out a problem and then offers two possible solutions; and goes above and beyond to get the job done.

This position is part-time (16 hours, 2 days a week). Candidates must be able to work in our Dumbo office on Tuesdays and Thursdays or Mondays and Thursdays. There may be occasional night and weekend work required, which will be compensated.

This is a great position for someone interested in rolling up their sleeves and joining our dynamic, friendly team in the documentary financing world.

Salary and Benefits
--16 hours a week, 2 days a week (Tuesday and Thursday or Monday and Thursday)
--Hourly rate is $19.23/hour

--This position is eligible for Paid Time Off and 401(k) plan
--This position is NOT eligible for health insurance

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

--Provide administrative support to VP of Operations
--Assist with preparing film contracts and tracking paperwork
--Assist with daily, monthly, and quarterly bookkeeping 
--Assist with planning and management of company events
--Coordinate annual tax forms and reporting
--Update film and investor database
--Interface with investors and filmmakers
--Identify opportunities for process improvement
--Manage special projects as assigned
